The process of undertaking cooperation

First contact and needs analysis
The client contacts us via the contact form on the website, telephone or e-mail, presenting his needs and expectations regarding occupational health and safety and fire protection training. We then conduct a preliminary analysis of the client’s needs to understand the scope of cooperation required.

Individual consultations
We arrange an individual meeting (in person, by phone or online), during which we discuss in detail the scope of needs, preferences and training goals. This meeting also allows us to present the qualifications of our expert and adapt the offer to the specific nature of the client’s business.

Preparation and acceptance of the offer
